Vehicle Technician Location: Gatwick Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 OTE Hours: Monday to Friday (no weekends) The Role We are looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a busy and professional workshop near Gatwick. This position offers excellent earning potential and a strong work–life balance with Monday to Friday hours only. Key Responsibilities Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs to a high standard Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults Complete MOT preparation and repairs (if qualified) Use diagnostic equipment and workshop systems effectively Complete job cards and documentation accurately Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment Requirements NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent) Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills Full UK driving licence MOT Tester qualification (desirable but not essential) Reliable, professional and team-focused What’s on Offer £45,000 – £50,000 OTE Monday to Friday only – no weekends Overtime available (optional) Ongoing training and development Long-term, stable role
