Team Manager – Family Safeguarding Surrey Up to £45 per hour 45p per mile Contract | Hybrid Connect2Socialwork are currently recruiting for an experienced Team Manager to lead a Family Safeguarding Team in Surrey. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role focused on delivering high-quality, child-centred services and driving positive outcomes for families. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a multidisciplinary Family Safeguarding Team Drive high standards of practice, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements Provide supervision, guidance and professional challenge to staff Promote strengths-based, relationship-led practice Oversee performance, ensuring timely and effective service delivery Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners to safeguard children and support families Requirements Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration Proven experience within Family Safeguarding / Children’s Services Strong leadership experience at Team Manager or Assistant Team Manager level In-depth knowledge of safeguarding legislation and best practice Ability to manage performance, staff development and complex caseload oversight What’s on Offer Competitive rate up to £45ph Mileage allowance (45p per mile) Hybrid working Supportive and collaborative team environment Why Work with Connect2Socialwork?
