About the Role Youll work with students on a one-to-one basis, providing tailored support that helps them grow in confidence and thrive in their learning. Whether youre an experienced SEND Teacher, Teaching Assistant, or Tutor, this flexible and rewarding role lets you make a real difference on your schedule. Responsibilities Provide tailored support to students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Work on a one-to-one basis to help students grow in confidence. Deliver meaningful and personalised education. Focus on teaching with minimal administrative tasks. Qualifications Experienced in supporting children with SEND (e.g. ASD, ADHD, SEMH). Background as a Tutor, SEN Teacher, or Teaching Assistant. Hold an Enhanced DBS (or happy to apply for one). Required Skills Empathetic, reliable, and passionate about inclusive education.
