This Residential Surveyor position is for a highly successful and growing residential chartered surveying business in the Redhill area, which, due to increased business levels, is seeking an experienced surveying professional to join their team on a consultancy basis, working a minimum of 2 days/week within a 25-mile radius from home. As a Residential Surveyor, your role will involve: Carrying out a range of Valuation and Survey work, including: Homebuyer (Level 2 Surveys) Mortgage Valuations To be considered for the Residential Surveyor role, you must have: Minimum AssocRICS qualified or higher Strong track record in Surveying – minimum of 2 years post-qualified VRS experience Attention-to-detail Strong communication skills, both written and verbal UK Driving License What’s on offer? Upto £100,000 OTE Fee split 50%-55% Minimum of 10 points, which can be split over multiple days (min of 2 days) Leading software for report writing Admin support Working arrangement: Remote / WFH basis A minimum of 2 days/week Monday to Friday Working within a 25-mile radius from your home
