Contracts / Projects Manager – London / South London A leading plaster company are looking to appoint a highly competent Project Manager to assist them with exciting, high end luxury interior developments across London and the Southeast, typically working on multimillion pound homes and five-star hotels. The successful Project Manager will join a close-knit team and well-established family business who take pride in their strong staff retention. The Project Manager – Responsibilities As the Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing up to 15 projects at a time, ranging in price. You will ideally have previous experience in high-end projects. Responsibilities include: Coordinating teams across multiple projects Ensure work is completed to exceptional standard Review drawings and specifications Prepare method statements, risk assessments and project documentation Manage material calls and liaise with workshop staff to ensure production is running smoothly Must be able to use excel /Advanced excel skills Project Manager Qualifications and Requirements CSCS Card Relevant degree or experience, e.g. BSc Construction Management Health and Safety training Trade background welcomed Commercially aware Client Facing Excel skills Proactive attitude In Return?
