& Sussex | London & South East Experienced Project Manager required for a growing main contractor specialising in permitted development and office-to-residential conversion schemes. The successful candidate will initially oversee a c.50-unit conversion project in Sussex and must have previous experience delivering similar PD/conversion projects from pre-construction through to handover. Requirements: • Proven Project Management background • Permitted Development experience essential • Office-to-Residential conversion experience essential • Experience delivering projects of c.50 units • Strong programme, commercial and stakeholder management skills • Candidates should ideally live within or around the M25/M23 corridor Excellent opportunity to join a busy contractor with a strong pipeline of secured work.
