Job Title: Operations Manager Location: Office-based (Oxted) Hours: Monday to Friday – 08:00–17:00 or 09:00–18:00 Pay: £19.23 per hour Key Responsibilities – Overseeing daily office operations and ensuring smooth workflows- Managing Customer Service and Scheduling teams- Setting, monitoring, and reporting on KPIs and performance metrics- Conducting performance reviews, disciplinaries, and absence management- Supporting team development, coaching, and training- Managing staffing levels, rotas, and workload distribution- Handling escalated customer issues and complaints- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures- Working closely with senior management to improve processes and performance Key Skills & Experience – Proven experience in an Operations Manager or similar leadership role- Strong background in customer service and operational management- Experience managing KPIs, performance, and disciplinary processes- Confident people manager with excellent communication skills- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment- Competent with office systems, reporting, and Microsoft Office
