With strong category presence, robust supply capability and a proven innovation pipeline, the business is investing for growth and now seeking an experienced National Account Manager to join the commercial team.This opportunity suits someone who enjoys pace, values meaningful customer partnerships and wants to make a clear commercial impact in a business with momentum and ambition. What you will be doing Manage and grow key national retail and wholesale accounts Secure new opportunities across grocery, discounter and convenience channels Build trusted relationships with buyer and category teams Lead joint business planning, commercial negotiations and promotional activity Forecast, plan and analyse performance to create long term value Turn category insight and shopper trends into compelling proposals Visit stores occasionally to stay close to trends and competition Work closely with NPD, supply chain, finance and technical colleagues to deliver best in class execution What we are looking for Experience in FMCG account management, ideally within ambient grocery Strong understanding of UK retail and own label or branded supply Proven ability to manage national retailers and deliver growth Commercially curious and confident working with data and insight Collaborative, proactive and solutions focused Hands on approach and willingness to get involved across projects Passion for food and building strong category partnerships What is on offer Salary of £60,000 to £80,000 plus bonus Surrey office with a collaborative environment plus one to two days working from home Car allowance and wider benefits package Genuine career development in a business scaling quickly
