We are looking for an experienced Multitrade Operative to work on reactive maintenance for a Social Housing Provider mainly covering the GU postcode area. You will ideally be proficient in a core trade such as carpentry pr plumbing and have well rounded additional trades skills and be capable of making “right first time” repairs in Tenants properties. This is initially a 4 month assignment paying £27.12 per hour via Umbrella or CIS Company will provide stocked van and fuel card etc, You will need a full UK licence and be prepared to take a Basic DBS check Start ASAP.
