Lettings Negotiator and Property Management Assistant Cobham 4 days week 1 5 days week 2 £25k basic £35k OTE About the Role We are seeking a proactive and professional Lettings Negotiator & Property Management Assistant to join our team. This is a varied role, combining lettings negotiator responsibilities with hands-on property management. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for tenants, landlords, and applicants, ensuring smooth processes and excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities of a Lettings Negotiator Lettings Negotiator Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants. Negotiate offers between landlords and tenants to secure successful tenancies. Progress tenancy applications, referencing, and paperwork in a timely manner. Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and applicants. Property Management Act as the first point of contact for tenants regarding maintenance issues or queries. Coordinate and manage property maintenance, liaising with contractors and landlords. Problem-solve effectively, ensuring issues are dealt with quickly and professionally. Carry out property inspections and ensure compliance with legal and safety requirements. Support landlords with tenancy renewals and property-related/market advice. Skills & Experience Previous experience in lettings negotiation, property management, or a similar customer-facing role (preferred but not essential). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Excellent organisational ability with attention to detail. Confident problem-solver with the ability to work under pressure. A professional and approachable manner with a focus on customer service.
