IFA Administrator Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 (DOE) Location: Cranleigh, Surrey Working Pattern: Full-time, Office-Based (Hybrid considered after probation) Are you an experienced IFA Administrator looking for a long-term role with a respected, well established IFA / Wealth Management firm in Cranleigh? Our client is seeking a highly capable, committed, and detail-driven individual to join their team and play a key role in supporting their advisers across all areas of financial planning. The Role You will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support within a busy IFA environment. This includes working across the full spectrum of financial planning – pensions, investments, protection, and general ongoing client servicing. Key Requirements Minimum 5 years’ experience working within an IFA practice – broad exposure across all admin duties is essential Strong understanding of how an IFA firm operates Stable career history Local to Cranleigh and able to work onsite full time initially Level 4 Diploma not essential, but part-qualified would be advantageous Software experience in IO/Intelliflo/Intelligent Office is advantageous, however the firm is flexible and can train on systems as long as you understand the environment and processes Working Arrangements This role is office-based to begin with. Hybrid working may be offered once capability and performance are proven .
