About the Role: As the sole HR presence on-site, you’ll lead on all aspects of HR, from strategic initiatives to day-to-day operations. You’ll be instrumental in shaping the people agenda and supporting a dynamic, inclusive culture. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert HR guidance across the employee lifecycle Lead on employee relations, performance management, and engagement Support recruitment and onboarding processes Drive HR projects and initiatives aligned with business goals Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategy What We’re Looking For: Proven HR experience at Manager or Senior Advisor level Ideally CIPD qualified (Level 5 or above) Experience in a stand alone role Strong generalist HR knowledge and confidence working independently Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Employee Relations experience A proactive, solutions-focused mindset �?
