Courier Operations Team Leader

As Team Leader, you will take ownership of supporting the day-to-day running of the E Solutions function while ensuring customers receive best-in-class carrier solutions and service support. Key responsibilities include: Supporting and deputising for the E Solutions Product Manager when required Managing and coordinating team workloads to ensure smooth daily operations Working closely with Sales teams to support new business opportunities and customer growth Building strong relationships with parcel carrier suppliers to maximise service performance Supporting the development and testing of new system functions and multi-carrier platform enhancements Managing invoicing processes and carrier invoice reconciliations Handling operational escalations including claims, parcel issues, and customer queries Supporting onboarding projects for new customers, including Beta testing and implementation Producing SOPs, process documentation, and training materials Assisting with inbound and outbound consignments and courier quotations What Were Looking For Previous experience in a Team Leader or supervisory role Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and delegate effectively Experience within logistics, parcels, courier, or carrier management is highly desirable Commercial awareness with a customer-first approach Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint A proactive and solutions-focused mindset Whats On Offer Monday to Friday working pattern 37.5 hours per week between 8am 6pm 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Private Medical Insurance Genuine career development opportunities Dynamic and supportive working environment This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking business where you can truly make an impact and grow your career within a thriving sector.
