Business Analyst

This is an exciting interim opportunity for a Business Analyst within the consumer industry to contribute to a technology-focused department. The role, based in Leatherhead, involves analysing business needs and supporting the delivery of tailored solutions for a large ERP transformation Client Details The employer is a medium-sized organisation operating within the consumer industry. Description Analyse business processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements. Support the development and implementation of technology initiatives for an ERP implementation Provide insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency. Facilitate workshops and meetings to align business goals with technical solutions. Prepare detailed reports and documentation for project stakeholders. Act as a liaison between the technology team and business units. Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and project timelines. Profile A successful Business Analyst should have: Demonstrated experience performing full end-to-end business analysis across multiple and/or complex projects, specifically ERP. Strong knowledge of best-practice analysis techniques, including process mapping, BPMN, requirements elicitation, documentation, analysis, validation, and full requirements traceability. Practical experience working with both Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies. Proven ability to engage and manage stakeholders effectively throughout the project lifecycle. Familiarity with core project management practices, with the ability to contribute to risks and issues management, change control, and project reporting. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint. Job Offer Competitive daily rate of £500-£600 Hybrid working model offering flexibility and work-life balance.
