Technical Support Specialist | Guildford | Onsite Salary: £32k – £37k I’m currently working with a well-established professional services organisation that’s looking to add an experienced Service Desk Analyst to their growing IT team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong Microsoft support experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with exposure to modern cloud technologies. Tech Stack Includes: * Microsoft 365 * Intune * Windows 10/11 * Azure / Entra ID * Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) * Exchange Online * Teams / SharePoint / OneDrive * ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Halo, FreshService etc.) The Role: * Providing 1st & 2nd Line support * Troubleshooting across Microsoft environments * Supporting users in an ITIL-driven environment * Working closely with infrastructure teams and third parties * Contributing to process improvements and documentation * Acting as an escalation point where required Ideal Background: * Previous Service Desk / IT Support experience * Strong Microsoft 365 support skills * Experience with Azure AD / Entra ID & Active Directory * Strong customer service and communication skills * Experience with ticketing/ITSM systems Desirable: * Intune * AVD / Azure exposure * PowerShell * HaloITSM * Professional services or regulated environment experience Excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop further within a modern Microsoft environment with strong progression potential.
