Ioni Sullivan is the Strategic Programme Manager for Supported Employment, with overall responsibility for shaping and delivering employment support in Surrey. She has overseen the development of new teams delivering the Connect to Work and WorkWell programmes in Surrey.
She has over 20 years’ experience in the public and voluntary sectors, where the uniting thread across a wide range of roles has been a focus on tackling inequality and promoting thriving communities. Ioni has held non-executive positions with organisations focusing on community development and regeneration.
