THE OPPORTUNITY We are recruiting for a Site Labourer to support construction operations on a busy site in Crawley. This role would suit someone reliable, hardworking, physically fit, and willing to learn within a construction environment. IMPORTANT TO KNOW * Applicants must live in one of the following areas: Betchworth, Billingshurst, Brighton, Burgess Hill, Crawley, Croydon, Dorking, East Grinstead, East Surrey, Forest Row, Godstone, Haywards Heath, Horley, Horsham, Lingfield, Oxted, Pulborough, Redhill, Reigate or West Kent * Valid CSCS card required * Successful candidates may be asked to complete a 1-week work trial * Manual work and lifting will be required daily * Manual Handling certificate and previous site experience are preferred KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Assist site operatives with day-to-day tasks * Move, carry, and organise materials safely * Load and unload deliveries * Maintain clean and tidy working areas * Follow all site Health & Safety procedures * Support general site operations where required REQUIREMENTS * Valid CSCS card * 5-year verifiable work history * Physically fit and capable of manual work * Reliable, punctual, and hardworking * Willingness to learn and follow instructions * Previous construction or labouring experience preferred * Manual Handling certification desirable APPLY NOW Suitable candidates should apply with an up-to-date CV and full postcode for eligibility checks.
