Key Responsibilities: Strategic Growth: Execute commercial strategies to expand market share in both local SMB and large UK Enterprise accounts. P&L Ownership: Take full accountability for the branch’s profitability, commercial targets, and long-term financial success. Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and scale high-performing, digital-first sales teams. Tech Innovation: Drive the adoption of emerging tech, aligning client solutions with a robust group-wide AI strategy.
