Hampton Court Estate is a brand-new community just moments from the River Thames and Hampton Court Village. What you’ll be doing As Wellbeing Coordinator, you’ll support residents’ independence and enhance their daily lives. You’ll oversee initiatives that foster engagement and build community connections. Wellbeing and healthcare support: Conduct wellbeing assessments for new residents Help residents stay active and independent Assist with GP registration, appointments and pharmacy orders Work with the team to identify residents’ goals and opportunities Act as liaison between Birchgrove and family members Community and activities: Plan and execute resident events that foster community inclusion Create and manage the activities calendar Partner with local community organisations Help residents explore new interests and physical activities Safety and operations: Support Health & Safety and fire safety procedures Assist with risk assessments and Personal Emergency Evacuation Plans Support move-ins, meal services and weekend duty management Report incidents and contribute to operational improvements What we’re looking for Warm, friendly personality with genuine passion for enhancing residents’ lives Kindness, empathy and compassion in challenging situations Great communication skills and team collaboration Innovative and creative approach to problem-solving Willingness to work flexible hours, including some weekends Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a growing company Values aligned with our philosophy Why work for us Opportunity for growth: We are committed to fostering professional development and providing opportunities for growth investing in our employee’s career progression Birchgrove is dedicated to making a positive impact on our residents and the community.
