Wellbeing Administrator Location: Godalming Hours: Working hours for this role are 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 09:30 – 15:00 (plus half hour unpaid for lunch) term time only. Closing date: 9am on Monday 13th April 2026. The Role The role of the Wellbeing Administrator is to facilitate the smooth running of day-to-day processes in the school, assisting members of staff in carrying out their responsibilities as efficiently as possible, and managing pupil and parent information. A Wellbeing Administrator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth daily operation of the Wellbeing Centre. They act as the first face of the centre, providing a welcoming, calm and professional presence while supporting the Director of Wellbeing & Inclusion and the wider team through efficient administrative management. Person Specification Essential * Recent practical experience of working in a school/wellbeing environment. * Proven track record of setting up and running a range of administrative tasks with minimal supervision. * Capable of using a range of office equipment and technology (e.g. * photocopiers, scanners etc). * Experience of drafting correspondence which is grammatically correct and to a high standard of English. * Experience of working with different stakeholders (including pupils, parents * and staff) in different contexts. * Good general IT skills such as fast and accurate keyboard skills. * Proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite. Desirable * Experience of school administration. * Knowledge and awareness of the importance of confidentiality and data protection. Qualifications Essential * Good general education including English and Maths. Desirable * A qualification in computing skills or related area.
