Working Pattern – Up to 40 hours per week, across 5 days (Monday to Sunday) Part -time option is also available. What We Offer: – A commission structure from 30% to 35% – Access to our globally renowned hairdressing education programs at our Flagship London Academy – 28 days of paid holiday pro rata (including bank holidays) – Company pension scheme – Regular complimentary haircuts and colour services – Discounted retail products – Exciting staff events – Paid training in L’Oréal and TONI&GUY hairdressing education Your Responsibilities: – Conduct personalised consultations to deliver a bespoke TONI&GUY hairdressing experience for each client – Build and expand your client base while fostering strong client loyalty – Enhance client satisfaction by recommending expert colour services and promoting product sales through extensive hairdressing product knowledge – Mentor and inspire apprentices, serving as a role model in the salon and embodying the esteemed TONI&GUY brand – Champion the Super brand status of TONI&GUY, actively promoting and maintaining its reputation – Take advantage of comprehensive training opportunities at our Academy to enhance your hairdressing skills and advance your career with TONI&GUY We’re Looking for Someone Who: – We are looking for someone with two years plus shop floor hairdressing experience. – Demonstrate expertise in a variety of hairdressing techniques, delivering precise cuts, colours and styles – Bring artistic vision to life by understanding clients’ preferences and creating stunning hairstyles – Provide exceptional customer service and cultivate long-term relationships with clients – Manage a busy schedule efficiently, handling diverse client needs with flexibility and meeting deadlines consistently At TONI&GUY, we believe that skills, potential, and passion for hairdressing come in various forms.
