Social Housing Senior Housing Officer

Experience of working as a Housing Manager within registered social housing, charities and local authorities with minimum of 5 Years experience. Excellent knowledge of housing legislations and regulation within Housing Support, evictions, housing benefits and other welfare benefit claims Qualified with professional housing qualification with Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) Level 4 Certificate for the Housing Profession. Experience leading and supporting initiatives that help tenants access benefits and financial help Have a passion for involving people we support in every aspect of their service Have the ability to work flexible hours including some weekends, evenings and conduct night audits if required
