Senior Conveyancer Up to £45k Guildford Office-based Our client is a leading law firm with offices across the UK, specialising in Residential Property, Wills & Probate and Family Law. They are actively looking to hire an experienced, qualified Senior Conveyancer for their busy conveyancing team. This role involves handling a conveyancing caseload, and stepping in to a management role to support the Head of Conveyancing. Duties Handling the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, new build transactions, re-mortgages, right to buy and help to buy schemes, from inception to completion Managing a team of Residential Conveyancers and support staff, ensuring that they hit targets and thrive in the workplace Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other parties Marketing the firm’s conveyancing services to build new relationships Supporting the business in achieving the expected targets in the given timescales Be a knowledge base for any conveyancing questions You You must have a minimum of 4 years’ experience running a mixed caseload of residential conveyancing matters Experience managing a conveyancing team is essential Qualification (CILEx, CLC, SQE) is preferred Excellent organisational skills Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines Ability to develop strong relationships with colleagues and clients Great communication and interpersonal skills Enthusiasm for the industry Proactive and self-motivated On Offer Annual salary up to £45,000 Monday to Friday 9am-5pm Great company benefits Full training and support for professional development
