Motorcycle Sales Controller Join a High-Performing, Award-Winning Team Are you passionate about motorcycles and the automotive industry? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced, premium dealership environment? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Motorcycle Sales Controller to join a successful and award-winning dealership. Working closely with the Sales Manager and wider sales team, you’ll play a key role in driving operational efficiency and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role is ideal for someone with at least one year’s experience in the automotive sector (sales or service), who is organised, proactive, and confident using technology. Hours: 41 hours per week, worked across Monday to Saturday Salary: £40,000 The Role As Sales Controller, you will support the smooth day-to-day operation of the motorcycle sales department, ensuring stock, marketing, administration, and customer enquiries are managed to the highest standards. Key responsibilities include: Managing motorcycle stock profiles and stock levels Ensuring vehicles are accurately presented in the showroom and online Coordinating vehicle specifications, imagery, and video content Supporting sales campaigns and promotional activity across new and used stock Providing administrative and operational support to the Sales Manager and sales team Assisting with sales documentation, compliance, and process accuracy Handling customer enquiries in line with company standards Supporting customer offers, including pricing, part exchange, and finance quotations Working closely with Sales Administration and Aftersales teams About You Minimum 1 year’s experience within the automotive sector Full UK motorcycle licence (essential) Highly organised with strong attention to detail Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks A positive team player with a customer-focused mindset Comfortable using systems and learning new processes quickly What’s On Offer Opportunity to join a high-performing, award-winning dealership Work with a premium motorcycle brand Supportive and collaborative working environment Clear opportunities for development and career progression INTERESTED?
