A well-established Estate Agency in Cobham is seeking a highly organised Sales Administrator to support the Director and residential sales team. This is a varied administrative role involving property sales administration, client liaison and office support. Full training will be provided, making this suitable for candidates with strong administration and customer service skills. Key Duties of the Sales Administrator: Handling calls, enquiries and correspondence Preparing sales documents and property paperwork Uploading properties to portals and updating the website Diary and inbox management Liaising with clients, solicitors and surveyors Supporting AML and property compliance procedures Candidate Requirements for the Sales Administrator : Excellent administration skills and attention to detail Strong communication and customer service skills Good IT skills (Microsoft Office) Ability to commute to Cobham Property administration experience beneficial but not essential Salary & Benefits: £33,000 – £35,000 per annum Good benefits Full training provided This isn’t quiet for you, but you know a friend: Should this role not be for you, but you would like to refer a friend or colleague to us, we’ll happily give you £300 worth of vouchers if we successfully place them!
