Procurement Specialist Salary: c. £34-£39K per annum, plus excellent benefits package including generous pension scheme and annual leave Location: Sutton, Surrey (Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite) Contract: Full-time Are you a proactive and commercially minded procurement professional looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a Procurement Specialist to join a forward-thinking organisation that operates across multiple sites across the Southeast. In this pivotal role, you will support the delivery of a robust procurement strategy through effective supplier relationship management, compliance reporting, and high-quality procurement support. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills, excellent stakeholder engagement abilities, and a genuine passion for procurement to make a real impact. Key Responsibilities Lead supplier relationship management, including implementing SLAs/KPIs and conducting regular performance reviews. Manage end-to-end procurement exercises (RFQs, tenders, benchmarking) in line with PA2023 and organisational procedures. Provide accurate reporting and data analysis to support compliance, cost-saving initiatives, and strategic decision-making. Maintain and optimise procurement systems, including e-tendering and contract management platforms. Drive category management improvements, including ownership of the utilities category and purchase order scheduling. Key Requirements Proven experience in supplier relationship management and monitoring performance against SLAs/KPIs. Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret data and present insights confidently. Excellent stakeholder engagement abilities and confidence to work across teams. Proactive, reliable, and adaptable, with strong attention to detail. CIPS qualification (or working towards) with strong knowledge of PA2023.
