Nursery Manager / Assistant Manager (Step Into Leadership) Location: Godalming Salary: Negotiable depending on experience and agreed responsibilities Start Date: ASAP Job Type: Full-time About the Role We are currently recruiting for a Nursery Manager / Assistant Manager to join a friendly and welcoming nursery team based in Godalming. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong nursery experience who is looking to step into a leadership role while remaining hands-on within the setting. This hybrid position combines shared management responsibilities with a strong child-facing element, making it ideal for someone who is passionate about early years education and ready to progress their career.
