We are looking for a professional to join our boutique Esher office. This role is unique: you will be responsible for the “front-end” (winning instructions and negotiating tenancies) and the “back-end” (property management and compliance) of our rental portfolio. In a market like Esher, reputation is everything. You will be managing luxury apartments and substantial family homes, ensuring a seamless experience for our landlord clients. Key Responsibilities Negotiation: Registering high-quality applicants, conducting viewings, and negotiating offers. Portfolio Management: Acting as the lead contact for a portfolio of [Number] properties, managing reactive maintenance and annual safety checks. Modern Compliance: Managing the transition to Rolling Tenancies and ensuring all rent increases follow the new statutory notice procedures. Inspections & Check-outs: Conducting high-standard property visits and managing complex deposit negotiations via the TDS. Business Development: Identifying opportunities to flip “Let Only” landlords to “Full Management.” What You’ll Need Experience: 2 years in Lettings or Property Management (Surrey/South West London experience preferred).
