HR Administrator Location: Tadworth, Surrey Salary: £26,000 Contract: Temporary 3 month Contract Are you an organised, proactive, and people-focused individual looking to build your career in HR? We are supporting our client with the recruitment of a temporary HR Administrator to join their team and play a vital role in supporting the smooth running of their HR function. As the HR Administrator, you’ll be the first point of contact for employee queries and provide essential support across recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and general HR processes. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who is passionate about delivering a high-quality employee experience. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding Post job adverts and support the end-to-end recruitment process Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates Prepare offers, contracts, and onboarding documentation Oversee right-to-work checks and induction scheduling HR Records & Systems Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases Process new starters, leavers, and employee changes Monitor absence, holidays, and ensure GDPR compliance Payroll & Benefits Prepare monthly payroll changes and updates Liaise with payroll to ensure timely and accurate processing Support benefit enrolments and employee queries About You We’re looking for someone who: Has HR experience/exposure Is highly organised with great attention to detail Communicates confidently and professionally Can handle confidential information with discretion Enjoys working in a busy, collaborative environment This role will require an enhanced DBS, if you are on the DBS update service, please highlight this in your application.
