Position: Head of D2C Demand Generation Location: Chertsey Salary: On Application Duration: Ongoing Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm Overview of a Head of D2C Demand Generation As Head of D2C Demand Generation, you will lead the strategy and delivery of demand generation campaigns across a European Direct-to-Consumer platform. You will drive revenue growth, enhance the customer experience, and increase loyalty through data-driven campaigns, personalised communications, and collaboration with regional teams. Responsibilities of a Head of D2C Demand Generation Develop and manage a European campaign calendar, ensuring alignment across markets and HQ priorities. Plan and execute demand generation campaigns, optimising through personalisation, CRO, and UX improvements. Define the D2C campaign value proposition and ensure consistent messaging across channels. Oversee campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership. Lead, mentor, and develop your team, managing the full employee lifecycle and fostering a high-performing environment. Key competencies of a Head of D2C Demand Generation Proven experience in D2C or e-commerce marketing, with expertise in demand generation and loyalty programs. Strong leadership and team management skills across multi-market, cross-functional teams. Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics and campaign optimisation tools. Strategic thinker with ability to develop and execute impactful campaigns. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments.
