Our client is looking for a proactive and organised Fleet Coordinator to support the Fleet Manager in ensuring all company assets remain compliant, roadworthy, and maintained in line with statutory regulations, company policies, and industry best practice. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong coordination and administrative skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced, operational environment and takes pride in accuracy and attention to detail. This is a fully office based role Salary £30k-£35k DOE Key Responsibilities Order and track all parts and materials required for fleet maintenance. Create detailed work orders for in-house technicians using bespoke systems and applications. Review and process completed work orders, ensuring all details are checked and signed off accurately. Monitor and maintain the Preventive Maintenance Inspection (PMI) schedule for all assets. Keep thorough and up-to-date digital and physical asset records. Allocate costs for maintenance and repair works in preparation for invoicing. Manage shared inbox action items, providing excellent customer service and quick responses. Liaise daily with the Transport Team and Technicians to ensure efficient operations and minimise downtime. Generate purchase orders in accordance with company policy. Coordinate with external suppliers and customers to support smooth fleet operations. Skills & Experience Required Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; advanced Excel skills are an advantage. A proactive, organised, and detail-oriented approach to work. Previous experience within the transport, logistics, or haulage industry would be beneficial. Experience using bespoke software applications. Full UK driving licence.
