Financial Services Administrator / Client Services Associate Salary: £27,000 – £35,000 (DOE) Location: Farnham Employment: Full-time, Permanent We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Client Services Associate to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will support the Partner/Adviser to ensure a seamless client experience. As the first point of contact for clients, you will play a vital part in managing client administration, onboarding processes, CRM updates, and handling incoming communications. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is client-focused, detail-oriented and eager to progress within financial services. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive support to the adviser and back-office team, including client communication and preparing post-meeting review letters/emails. Manage administrative tasks relating to client meetings and ensure all servicing activity is accurately recorded within the CRM. Assist with research and documentation following client meetings, including gathering information from providers, client files, valuations and uploading to client portals and review documents. Update and maintain the CRM system, filing and IT records to the highest standard. Draft responses to client queries and proactively follow up on agreed actions to ensure timely completion. Answer telephone calls professionally, handling queries directly or redirecting appropriately using sound judgment. Liaise directly with external paraplanners and other subcontractors as required. Complete training and stay informed of regulatory developments within the financial services sector. Undertake any additional duties reasonably required to support the business and Partner/Adviser.
