We’re looking for a bright, curious Junior Data & AI Engineer to help build the next generation of data and AI tools across our investment business. This is an early-career role (graduate or 1–2 years’ experience), based in Epsom, Surrey for someone excited by the intersection of technology, data and investing – and keen to work on real-world problems from day one. What you’ll do You’ll work across a range of projects, combining data engineering, automation and AI to deliver practical solutions for our teams. This includes: Building data pipelines, models and dashboards Developing AI workflows and connectors Integrating tools and systems across the business Working directly with investment and business teams to solve problems end-to-end What we’re looking for We’re open to candidates from either side of the spectrum: Technically strong with an interest in finance, or Finance-focused with solid programming skills You’ll ideally have: A numerate or analytical degree Working knowledge of Python and SQL A genuine interest in data, AI and investment Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn Exposure to data visualisation tools such as Power BI, cloud platforms such as Azure, or AI APIs is a plus – but curiosity and drive matter more.
