A valued client is seeking a proactive and personable Customer Services Advisor to join their dedicated Customer Services team. Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service across various channels including phone, email, live chat, social media, and face-to-face. Responsibilities include: Providing accurate and timely responses to customer enquiries. Resolving queries at first point of contact wherever possible. Escalating complex issues appropriately and completing any necessary follow-up or administrative tasks. ??
