Job Title: Customer Service Advisor (Complaints Resolution) Location: Redhill Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 18:00 Pay: £13 per hour Key Responsibilities: – Managing customer complaints via inbound and outbound telephone calls- Listening to customer concerns and responding with empathy and professionalism- Investigating issues thoroughly to provide accurate and timely resolutions- Recording all interactions and outcomes clearly and accurately on internal systems- Escalating complex or unresolved cases in line with company procedures- Ensuring all complaints are handled in line with service standards and compliance requirements Skills & Experience Required: – Strong telephone-based customer service and communication skills- Ability to handle difficult conversations calmly and professionally- Previous experience in customer service, contact centre, or complaints handling preferred- Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability- Confident using computer systems and maintaining accurate records- Must hold a valid UK driving licence and be able to drive- Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to full-time hours
