Customer Experience Executive Dorking, Surrey | Hybrid (4 days office / 1 day home) | Full-time Up to £32k DOE We’re a fast-growing e-commerce accessories brand looking for a Customer Experience Executive to support our customer journey and help improve how we deliver service across all channels. This role is ideal for a commercially minded, customer-focused individual early in their career who wants to make a real impact and develop hands-on experience with Shopify and customer service CRM tools . What you’ll be doing: Supporting customers via email, chat, and social channels using a CRM system (e.g. Gorgias, Zendesk or similar) Managing and updating customer orders and enquiries through Shopify (an advantage) Identifying customer issues and suggesting improvements to processes and content Supporting FAQs, website content, delivery and returns journeys Working closely with e-commerce, marketing, and fulfilment teams About you: Experience in a customer-facing or admin role Interest in e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and CRM/helpdesk tools Strong communication skills and a proactive, organised approach Keen to learn, commercially aware, and customer-focused Why join us?
