Key Experience & Skills Background in financial services or an IFA environment (preferred). Strong client administration and customer service skills. Experience using Intelligent Office (IO) (preferred). Excellent attention to detail and a process-driven mindset. Confident problem solver with the ability to handle non-standard situations. Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to build trusted relationships. Able to prioritise workload and work collaboratively within a team. Role Responsibilities Act as a key point of contact for clients via phone, email and letter. Maintain accurate client records, documentation and investment details within IO. Record all client interactions and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Support the preparation of client reports, reviews and documentation. Liaise with providers to manage transfers, applications and ongoing administration. Ensure fees and commissions are accurately set up and maintained. Uphold AML/KYC, GDPR and other compliance requirements. Provide general office support and occasional cover for reception or other admin roles. Additional Requirements Complete mandatory financial services training. Adhere to company policies and data security standards.
