Each year we help between 600 and 800 people return to learn to gain new skills, qualifications and employment. We rely on a mix of income streams, including generating funds through our Bike Project social enterprise and securing grant funding for projects.

We offer a range of courses specifically designed for adult learners looking to progress in their career, retrain, gain qualifications for higher level study or to discover a hobby.

Stoneleigh Job Club

If you are 18+ looking for your first job, returning to work after retirement or maternity leave, thinking of changing your job, starting up on your own or unemployed. If you think you would benefit from coaching, you will find a caring supportive coach able to listen and provide positive advice and help.

Surrey Adult Learning (Multiply)

Surrey Adult Learning provides inclusive opportunities to promote learning, health and wellbeing. We inspire people to achieve their potential. With seven dedicated adult learning centres in North and South West Surrey, plus nearly a hundred community venues and an extended online programme, we can meet the needs of learners in and around Surrey.

If you are aged 18-25, you live in the Woking area, and are struggling to find employment, our Steps 2 Work staff and volunteers may be able to help you build your confidence and skills to take up employment opportunities.

Surrey Care Trust Steps2Work Wellbeing

Designed to improve the mental health of people experiencing unemployment, this free andunique programme combines a holistic combination of 1:1 support from experienced staff andtrained volunteer mentors, and nature based therapy activities.

Surrey Choices

We offer a range of employment and learning support which covers all aspects of an employment journey starting with our getting ready for work projects, day to day working practices, career guidance, job search, CV writing and interview preparation. For those in work, we provide job coaching and ongoing support for both an employee and employer. We provide support with everything from volunteering opportunities to work experience to support with paid work.
We work with a wide range of people in Surrey and its surrounding areas, including disabled people and autistic people and sensory and mental health needs. We will help our customers to look for vocational projects, supported internships and employment.
